  1. How do I know if I need to install the plugins from the disk?

    If you know that you have either the full program or the plugin already installed, you will not need to install the plugins from the disk. They have been provided for users who do not have either the full version or the viewer version of an application.

    Before installing any plugin or viewer (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer), please make sure you read the help information found with each install program (see ReadMe files in each install folder). This information provides specific details on system requirements and installation procedures.
