  1. My CD will no longer start automatically when I insert it into the computer. What do I do?

    If the CD does not auto start, double-click the CD icon (under "My Computer" for Windows, on the desktop for the Mac). This will allow you to browse the CD. You will find a file, likely named "Start.html" or something similar, as a starting point. Double-click this file.
