There are a number of reasons that could cause a Javascript error.

    1. A Javascript enabled web browser is required to use our products. We recommend Internet Explorer 5.5 (or higher) or Netscape 6.0.2 (or higher). Click to download the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape (from Netscape Browser Central).
