5. Why won't Quicktime movies play in my browser?

   Chances are you need to get the ActiveX certificate in order to get Quicktime movies to play in your Internet Explorer browser. The easiest way to figure out if you need this is to go to www.quicktime.com. Watch a couple of the newest movie trailers and Quicktime will check your settings. If you get a message saying that you need an update, click "OK". Quicktime will download any components that it needs and set it up for you.
