  1. Can I view PowerPoint slides if I don't have PowerPoint?

If you are trying to view Microsoft PowerPoint files from one of our products, but don't have PowerPoint installed, you can install it from the installation folder on the CD, or visit the Microsoft Office website and download and install the free PowerPoint Viewer. Once you have installed the viewer, you will be able to view the PowerPoint files from the CD.

  2. How can I edit a PowerPoint slide?

If you want to edit the PowerPoint slides, you must either save them to your hard drive and remove the "Read-only" attribute, or use "Save As" if you open and modify the file on the CD. Please note that you cannot save a modified file back to the CD-ROM.

Click for further information on changing "read-only" attributes.
