About the Authors:
Sally Praskey is the editor and co-founder of "Insurance Canada ConsumerInfo," a Web site focusing on insurance information for Canadian consumers that is co-sponsored by the Consumers' Association of Canada and the Consumers' Council of Canada. She has also written numerous consumer-oriented articles on behalf of the Insurance Bureau of Canada. The former editor of Canadian Insurance magazine, a national trade publication, she is a four-time winner of the National Business Press writing awards.

Helena Moncrieff began her communications career as a radio news reporter and newscaster in Ottawa, Thunder Bay and Toronto. For the past several years, she has provided strategic advice to the private home and car insurance industry, as manager of media relations at the Insurance Bureau of Canada. Twice in five years, she lead communications efforts related to changes in auto insurance laws.
